Father Michael, a priest who survived being pushed from a 17th floor window and is believed to be blessed, is seeking answers to the gruesome and mysterious deaths of the last two pastors of St. Agnes Church. A police officer provides him with the details of a girl called Millie who works in a Satanic night club. Millie believes that the Unholy is trying to take possession of her as she is a virgin and pleads with the priest to help save her from the demon, the priest refuses to be tempted and will not break his vows. Later, on the eve of Easter, The Unholy, manifests itself as a beautiful woman and attempts to seduce Father Michael without success, destroying the illusion and revealing the ghastly demon. Father Michael engages The Unholy in a horrifying battle to the death and beyond.
