Author Biography:

Elena Pons Craig is a food and prop stylist and recipe developer with more than 25 years of experience in culinary design, marketing, photography, and publishing. With a deep love for pop culture, she enjoys hiding Easter eggs in depictions of fictional worlds.  With her husband and two children, she has developed superhero cooking skills that cross generations, genders, and genres.  Emma Carlson Berne is an author who often writes about food, history, and pop culture. Her other books include The Minecraft Cookbook and The Ultimate Driving Book, as well as the thrillers Never Let You Go and Still Waters. Emma lives in Cincinnati with her husband, two cats, and three boys who loved "helping" her watch The Wizard of Oz as she researched this book. More on Emma can be found at emmacarlsonberne.com. Liz Fish is a recipe developer and caterer with more than 45 years in the food industry.  Having lived in London, Istanbul and NYC, her love for food has gained her a community wherever she goes. Her interest in developing recipes started as a food columnist and cooking instructor for expats, teaching them how to make foods they were familiar with but using locally available ingredients.  Her large extended family includes 2 children who share her love for food adventures and pickleball.
