Critic Reviews:
- " The film offers some real affirmations about personal journeys. Who knew that a burgeoning romance with oneself can be just as heartbreaking, and fulfilling as those we share with others? " – Chad Byrnes (L.A. Weekly)
- " It’s evidence of why [Joachim Trier] is one of the best filmmakers in the world. " – Kristian M. Lin (Fort Worth Weekly)
- " It's this incredibly lyrical, alive-feeling film. It's full of energy, fluidity, and it is bracingly original. " – Lael Loewenstein (FilmWeek, KPCC – NPR Los Angeles)
