While excavating in the Dordogne Valley of France, a scientific research team's new invention, a time-travel machine, inadvertently sends archaeology professor Edward Johnston back to 14th-century France right in the middle of the raging Hundred Years War.
Critic Reviews:
- " It's very easy to get lost in this silly, fun adventure tale." – Jeffrey M. Anderson (Combustible Celluloid)
- " Slick entertainment that does its job, even if no one will remember it six years from now, much less six centuries. " – Jeffrey Westhoff (Northwest Herald – Crystal Lake, IL)
- " It may not break any new ground, but after sitting through years of CGI spectacles, it is refreshing. Sometimes it's fun to just see a movie that knows what it is. " – Fred Topel (About.com)
