Author Biography:

Sheldon Cohen has practiced internal medicine, served as the medical director of a Chicago suburban hospital and two health maintenance organizations, served as a quality consultant for hospitals in the United States, South America, and Europe, and served as a consultant to the Ministry of Health in Ukraine for the development a hospital accrediting body.
