"Fantastic book, ridiculous size"

Purchased on Mighty Ape

I got this book ages ago as a gift and still trying to finish it, the series and writing are amazing, but the actual size of this book is ridiculously large and makes it horrible and difficult to read. Not an easy one to pick up and read in the morning or pop in the bag to travel around with. You need arms of steel to keep it propped open. Not really thought through but still worth the read.

Description

Troubled Blood follows the bestseller Lethal White (2018), which was the fastest selling Strike novel to date and praised as a ‘blistering piece of crime writing’ (The Sunday Times), an ‘obsessive reading experience’ (Observer) and ‘the best Strike novel yet’ (Sunday Mirror).

Robert Galbraith’s Cormoran Strike novels are classical whodunnits with a modern twist, rich in plot, characterisation and detail. The first four novels, The Cuckoo’s Calling (2013), The Silkworm (2014), Career of Evil (2015) and Lethal White (2018), all topped the national and international bestseller lists. The series has also been adapted into a major BBC Drama series by Brontë Film and Television which has aired on Sky and is available for subscribers with Sky Go.

Robert Galbraith is a pseudonym for J.K. Rowling, bestselling author of the Harry Potter series and The Casual Vacancy.
