Description

Mark Chase Jr. was born in Washington DC. He was raised in a household of cognac drinkers and cigarette smokers within a crack-cocaine neighborhood. He grew up resenting all three addictive drugs his entire life. Although Mark lived a drug free life and exercised daily, he was unaware of the addictive additives in food. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2015 with a 11.9 A1C, he was ignorant of the symptoms of type 2 diabetes. His eyesight became extremely blurred, he developed hypertension and erectile dysfunction. Mark became severely depressed by his symptoms. The 'no cure' conversations with physicians, and the harmful medications to manage the disease was a daily stress. Revived emotionally by his wife, Natasha, Mark self-taught himself the many chronic inflammation triggers to avoid, such as the food additives that were eight times more addictive than the drugs from his childhood. He would later reverse his type 2 diabetes within four weeks! In the year 2020, Mark decided to write his five-year journey and testimony to help others to become type 2 no more in less than a month. As Mark's A1C continues to lower without medications, he accredits the drastic reductions of other chronic inflammation triggers such as: preservatives and dyes in foods, chemicals in the water, and formaldehyde air fresheners just to name a few.
