I’m so over the moon with these oven gloves, the detail on them when you can see them irl is amazing, lots of bees & flowers all taken care of by a pretty bee keeper. Are Ulster Weavers cheap? No, they have a bit of an “ouch” price tag attached, but they’re worth it. If you want to give someone a special gift, I’d definitely go for oven gloves, why? Because they’re generally always on show in your kitchen, most people hang them on the oven door, so these will always be what your guests see, while you’re cooking up a storm, just make sure to check their bags to be sure they’re not trying to steal them at the end of the night! So, the price tag doesn’t matter all that much, everything considered. I got flooded out in the 27.1.23 floods, currently living in a hotel & I’ve been buying things that I need for when I have a home again. As everything I had was taken or ruined by the water, and I came across these, I looked at them week after week for about a month then I finally said “sod it” and bought them. You won’t be even a teeny tiny bit sorry you bought these too, the only problem you’ll have is whether to give them away, because when you open that bag or box & pull these out, it’s gonna be a hard choice, Maybe buy 2?….
