Barbara Adam is an Australian journalist who took a career break in Asia in 2007 that is still ongoing. Based in Ho Chi Minh City with her Vietnamese husband and their two children, Barbara's very long "working holiday" now includes juggling parenthood with freelance writing and editing and running street food tours through Saigon Street Eats, the company she and her husband founded in 2012.
