life unending amongst the Daemon hosts of Chaos. Each Daemon Prince was once a
devoted servant of Chaos, whose actions in life have earned him blessings beyond
counting and elevation to daemonhood. Some Daemon Princes will choose to remain
amongst their fellows within the mortal realm, living as a gos amongst men,
while others will claim their birthright as a scion within the Realm of Chaos.
Whichever path they choose, Daemon Princes are counted among the deadliest
servants of the Dark Gods, lord of battle whose mighty blows can crush even the
bravest mortal
heroes.
Amongst the Daemon Princes are those dedicated to Nurgle, the God of Decay. Their once-noble appearance has been utterly befouled, reduced to pox-ridden skin, open sores and swathes of rotten, infected skin. Their dedication to sickness and death has made them virtually immune to pain and injury and they can shrug off wounds that would kill even other Daemon Princes. Implacable in their advance, they spread corruption and disease wherever they walk, bringing the gifts of Grandfather Nurgle to all who choose to cross their path.
