Adam Brady has been a student of self-development and conscious evolution for over 25 years. Holding a B.A. from Westminster College in New Wilmington PA, Adam has been certified by Chopra Center University in Carlsbad, California as a Vedic Master Educator and is qualified to teach Primordial Sound Meditation, Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle, and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. Adam is a certified Jeet Kune Do and Action Strength Functional Fitness instructor and holds a 1st degree Black Belt in To Shin Do. Adam is dedicated to helping people transform their lives through a consciousness-based approach to living and regularly teaches in the Orlando, FL area.
