Author Biography:

Bob Hartman has an international reputation as a professional storyteller and award-winning children's author of over seventy books. He has entertained audiences on both sides of the Atlantic for over 30 years, including performances at the Edinburgh International Book Festival and Northern Children's Book Festival. He has written a range of bestselling Bibles and Bible stories for children including The Lion Storyteller Bible, which has sold over 140,000 copies in the UK since its first publication in 1995. Bob's books and Bibles have been translated into over 11 languages and produced a number of spin-off titles. Born in the USA, Bob now lives in Wiltshire. Raffaella Ligi was born in Urbino, Italy. Since 1997, she has been working as illustrator mostly for children books and collaborating with many book publishers all over the world. She is the illustrator of Alive Again! The Easter Story, Welcome to the Journey, The Newborn King, and The Lion Picture Bible. She now lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland.
