In addition to being a writer, I have been working as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for close to a decade now while also working in the supplement industry for a number of years. Through years of trial and error, I have made amazing accomplishments with my body while also coaching others on how to achieve their physique goals as well. Besides training clientele on fitness, I also help folks with proper supplementation. Considered by many to be very inspirational with fitness, I strive to motivate as many people as I possibly can through my writing. I also have made it a personal goal to provide others with the knowledge and experience that I have received working in both the supplement and fitness industry for many years.
