Based on the true story of Jesco White, “the dancing outlaw”, WHITE LIGHNIN’ sees lil’ Jesco growing up in the banjo-playin’ white-trash backblocks of the Appalachian mountains with his daddy, D-Ray, an acclaimed mountain dancer. But White Jnr has a likin’ for lighter fluid. When D-Ray is murdered, Jesco finds refuge in his daddy’s artform, but his love of mountain dancing does not quell the vengeful rage welling inside him…
