Purchased on Mighty Ape

Read this book to my son 30 years ago and he loved it. Purchased this book to read to my grandchildren. Hopefully they will enjoy it as much as he did

Author Biography

Scottish author Kenneth Grahame (1859-1932) was a banker by day and a doting father by night. In 1908 he published The Wind in the Willows, a collection of the bedtime stories he concocted for his son, Alastair, whose wayward nature inspired the character of Toad. Grahame is also the author of The Reluctant Dragon.English artist Justin Todd studied at the Royal College of Art and in 1978 published a selection of his pictures, The Magical Paintings of Justin Todd.
