Sound quality is OK but the bit that goes in your ear canal is very fat – too fat for anyone in my house. Thus not a good fit in the ear, poor seal to reduce outside noise, and therefore lack of perceived bass (it might be there but the loose fit sitting outside the ear canal ruins it). Case is big and bulky – looks like it might have an 18650 battery in it. The construction seems fine and the function is ok. Mine arrived with Chinese language selected. I turned them on but left them unpaired and then double tapped one headphone to change language to English. Also my charging case arrived not working, but I have not factored that into the review as I'll return it. 2 stars if the case worked.
