Description

"Long ago, there was a wolf, a gull, and a raven." Wolf, Gull, and Raven are neighbours. Wolf loves to hunt caribou. Gull loves to catch Arctic char. They both like to share with their neighbours. Raven likes to eat lots of different things, but she doesn't know what to share with her neighbours. Can Raven find the perfect meal that everyone will enjoy? This stunningly illustrated bilingual picture book serves as an early-level introduction to the rich, mysterious world of Inuit mythology. Intended to teach Inuinnaqtun as a second language, this book can be enjoyed by Inuinnaqtun language learners and curious young readers alike. Discover other traditional stories in our collection! The Story of the Lemming and the Owl, The Story of the Loon and the Raven, and The Story of the Fox and the Wolf, and more are available.
