Description

Orwell Brennan, chief of the Dockerty police force in small-town Ontario, has enough problems on his hands. Dockerty’s mayor is up for re-election, and keeps trying to use Brennan to help her campaign. But things are about to get worse for Chief Brennan. A police officer from Toronto, who comes to Dockerty as part of a murder investigation, gets shot and killed in his hotel room.

Author Biography:

Marc Strange is a writer, an actor, and the author of "Body Blows," "Follow Me Down," and "Sucker Punch." He is the cocreator of the hit television series "The Beachcombers," having written, directed, and edited more than 70 episodes, and he appeared in the Canadian television program "ReGenesis." He lives in Toronto.
