Her approach is science-based and transdisciplinary, bridging several methods to help address climate change and wellness challenges. She is the author of poetry collections, essays, and Food of Love, her first recipe book. Margaret Cornelius is a retired medical doctor and diabetologist whose 40-year international career in public health included leading many programs and publications that highlight the value of nutrition for prevention of lifestyle diseases, and developing policies and frameworks to promote wellness.
