Author Biography:

John Wayne Smith lives in southern Colorado and calls Wild Horse Mesa home. He lives among roving bands of wild horses and has dubbed the barn/studio/living quarters, the "Happy Horse Road House." Visitors are always welcome and everyone gets a free pony ride. John is an accomplished artist as well as writer, especially known for his detailed etchings and original designs on paper and wood surfaces. Art has always been Amy's passion. Her work has taken the form of illustration, toy design, live event painting, mural installation, fashion and textile design, street chalk art, cake decorating, and more. When not in her studio, Amy loves to play in the great outdoors of her beautiful home state of Colorado. Hiking, biking, skiing and sharing family time inspired by nature...all favorites.
