Tess Jones is a freelance writer and mother. She studied hatha, vinyasa, prenatal, and postnatal yoga in Seattle, WA and holds a BFA from NYU. Her yoga focuses on mindful movement, self-awareness, and discovering the peaceful, grounded strength within ourselves.
