Author Biography

Ceri Roderick is Head of Assessment at Pearn Kandola, with over 25 years' experience in using psychometric tests. He works with blue chip companies and government departments, nationally and internationally, on all aspects of job assessment. Ceri is a regular press commentator and writes and presents regularly on assessment and leadership issues. James Meachin is Principal Psychologist at the business psychology consulting firm Pearn Kandola, where he specialises in the design and delivery of assessment processes. His work encompasses all areas of assessment including developing psychometric tools, job analysis and selection processes used by assessment centres James Meachin is Principal Psychologist at Pearn Kandola where he specialises in the design and delivery of assessment processes for national and multi-national clients. He is a chartered occupational psychologist and holds a masters degree from Cardiff University. Ceri Roderick is a Partner and Head of Assessment at business psychologists Pearn Kandola, with over 25 years experience in using psychometric tests. After a period with Deloittes, he joined Pearn Kandola in 2000, working with blue chip companies and government departments, nationally and internationally, on all aspects of assessment.
