Love the colour and design. Rope is great and my cat often sleeps in the top tier. She's only 4 months, so fits well for now but I imagine she'll hang off in the future. Unfortunately, base is wobbly and when she gains weight, will have to stabilize it. Good value for money when on special.
It looks good, is a nice compact size for a small room, however it only has two legs. Regardless of having a square base, it needs at least three legs to make the top sections a safe sturdy structure. So unfortunately that top sleep/lookout spot is just wobbly, scary, and unwelcoming. Also, the covered cave is too small for adult cats. Only suitable for kittens. Cats can get in, but they can't turn around inside so freak out!
