Author Biography

Gordon Ramsay is London's most talked-about chef. He began his career working for Marco-Pierre White, then for the Roux brothers at Le Gavroche, before working for France's famous chefs, Guy Savoy and Joel Robuchon. He is the chef and proprietor of the restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, which in January 2001 gained its third Michelin star. He also owns Amaryllis in Glasgow which gained its first Michelin star in 2001 and, in the same year, opened Gordon Ramsay at Claridges to huge acclaim. Gordon's other best-selling book is Gordon Ramsay's just Desserts, also published by Quadrille.
