Bankers fixing interest rates for short-term gains not understanding the long-term outcomes for their company or industry. And of course the mother of the phrase, the Hollywood film star who wanted to block an aerial photograph of her California home. It all begins with the theft of a boat and ends up with the seconds ticking away towards the end of the Universe.
