Noah Matthew MacKay was born in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1997. Three years later, Noah and his family moved to eastern North Carolina, where he was raised. In 2005, Noah was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of high-functioning Autism. As a child, Noah loved to draw pictures and write stories of his own - a typical trait for people with the Asperger's Syndrome. At age 9, he began to draw a picture of a character that will eventually be known as Blacksmith. The ideas and stories of the BLACKSMITH Universe grew and evolved as Noah matured into a young man. However, by the time MacKay became a young teenager, BLACKSMITH was officially copyrighted on July 4, 2010. Four years later, at age 16, Noah M. MacKay self-published his modified creations in his self-titled first novel of the sadly-hasty BLACKSMITH Book Series. The pilot book was followed with the next two installations that were published respectfully on January and June of 2015. In 2016, MacKay had published his first fantasy novel titled Age of War, as well as a German poetry/short story book Der Autismus hält mich nicht auf (Autism doesn't hold me back). A year later, in 2017, MacKay published the prequel to the pilot book of The First AGE OF WAR Trilogy, subtitled, The Story of Asbjorn. In addition, Noah published a second German poetry book Gefährlich (Dangerous). Noah M. MacKay now attends East Carolina University, where he majors in physics and minors in German. He also co-founded two university clubs: the university's first-ever official astronomy club, and a controversial conversation club called P.A.A.C.T. (Pirates All Aboard Controversial Topics). MacKay also tutors physics at the university, and wrote two theoretical scientific papers - all concerning of the mechanics of gravitation.
