This only worked for approx 3 months. We have a small dog who hasn’t chewed this or damaged it in any way but this product just randomly decided to stop heating for some reason. Really disappointed to have spent $50 on such a cheap, poor quality product
The so called bite proof cable it not even slightly our dog was able to get his tooth into the joins then pick it apart, at best use it to heat a spot before the dog is in the room or just use a hot water bottle they will hurt themselves less when they break it.
I am so disappointed. Am a weekly mighty ape user but this is the first mighty ape branded product I have purchased and NEVER will again. Just cheap and nasty.
