Author Biography:

Terry Stevenson has lived in Kenya since 1977. He is one of Africa’s foremost bird tour guides and is a member of the East African Rarities Committee. John Fanshawe is an author and environmentalist who has worked on bird and biodiversity conservation in East Africa since 1981, primarily for BirdLife International. Renowned authorities on the birds of Africa, Stevenson and Fanshawe are also the authors, with Nigel Redman, of Birds of the Horn of Africa (Princeton).
