Dr. Pandurang Pisurlencar was known to be India's historian and writer. He has discovered and studied various literature on the topic of Portuguese. He has studied on deep topics of Portuguese in the countries of Portugal, France, Goa and India. He was in service of Portuguese Govt. of Goa for the period of 37 years still he had great patriotism for India. Because of his great efforts and works on the literature there has been tremendous contribution in the History of India. Dr. Pandurang Pisurlencar has made the Index of Portuguese in Portuguese, English, Marathi and French Language and has written more than 125 books, scripts which are invisible as on today. This year (i.e. 2019) there is 125 th Birth Anniversary and 50th Death Anniversary of Dr. Pisurlencar and on account of that "Dr. Pandurang Pisurlencar Commemoration Book" has been edited and published by Mr. Aniket Ankush Yadav. There are 3 parts of this Book and in first part what physical and mental efforts, agenies and tortures which were faced by Dr. Pisurlencar has been given. In second part these are twelve scripts of Dr. Pisurlencar and in third Part there is summary given of 128 books & scripts of Dr. Pisurlencar. In addition to this there is one coloured photo, and the Statue prepared by Portuguese Govt. and other 4 rare photos are included in this book of total 244 Pages.
