DR. S. SITHARAMA IYENGAR is the Roy Paul Daniels Professorand Chairman of the Computer Science Department at Louisiana StateUniversity. He heads the Wireless Sensor Networks Laboratory andthe Robotics Research Laboratory. DR. NANDAN PARAMESWARAN is a Senior Lecturer in theSchool of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of NewSouthWales. DR. VIR V. PHOHA is a professor of computer science inthe College of Engineering and Science at Louisiana TechUniversity. He holds the W. W. Chew Endowed Professorship anddirects the Center for Secure Cyberspace. DR. N. BALAKRISHNAN is Associate Director of the IndianInstitute of Science and Professor at the Department of AerospaceEngineering and Supercomputer Education and Research Centre. Heplayed a crucial role in building India s first SupercomputerCentre and National Centre for Science Information. DR. CHUKA OKOYE is a computer science senior at LouisianaTech University. He has designed serveral software components fordistributed systems since his initial foray into this area in theGoogle Summer of Code Program. Mr. Okoye currently works as aresearch assistant at the Center for Secure Cyberspace.
