My son is a serious gamer. Has tried various and far more expensive headsets than this one – it was me who suggested he try the more expensive ones, since he plays tournaments and some of them sounded really cool when looking at specs and componentry etc – however- he keeps coming back to this one. It is hardy, but he does get angry and will slam his headset down, so it needs replacing every 6– 8 months or so. So here we are again, on our third of these headsets. Pros – apparently all round great headset. In his words – No point paying more – this does as good a job. Comfort – he sys that this is the mist comfortable if all the headsets we have tried. Cons – they have swapped out metal parts of the headset frame for plastic ones over the past few years. Haven't searched up a comparison to previous specs, but hoping that the internal specs have stayed the same. My son says yes, still just as good, but difinately something to keep an eye on going forward. Will screen shot these specs for future comparison.
