Her teaching and research interests include strategic HRM, human resource development (HRD), international HRM and comparative studies of HRM systems among emerging economies. Ying Zhu is Professor and Director of the Australian Centre for Asian Business at the University of South Australia. Ying has published widely in the areas of international HRM, international business and economic development in Asia. Ying has published numerous articles and books.
