You would expect an online voucher that requires no assistance but payment should come through almost instantaneous. Not particularly convenient with a 2 day delay. Luckily I bought it ahead of time to allow for such delays. Tried to find more info about why it was delayed and sent a query but that had an inconvenient long wait time. Just glad I got it in the end. I understand if it was a physical voucher to be sent but this didn't meet my reasonable expectation.
