Author Biography:

David A. Turner is Emeritus Professor of Education at the University of South Wales, and Visiting Professor at Beijng Normal University. He has written extensively on the theory of education. Hüseyin Yolcu is Assistant Professor at the University of Kastamonu, Turkey.
