Elizabeth (Liz) Hilby is a retired paraprofessional She has 29 years experience and counting working with children. This is the first of a series of books classified as The Grow With Me Children's Series. At the end of each book, Liz shows how to use the book as a teaching tool for the child and the story to grow together. The character in her books, Red Owl, is developed after Liz's granddaughter, Evelyn Grace (Evie). Many of the stories begin from her adventures with Evie. An adventure may inspire the book, but the story takes a life of its own with a twist of entertainment for young children. Each story will teach a moral or practical lesson for the young listener as Evie explores this great big world as Red Owl. Liz holds a degree in Christian Counseling.
