Description

The Dao is one of the primary weapons in the martial arts. It is a weapon of the infantry in the years before guns were prevalent. It remains a valid example of the early martial arts yet is still valid today. Studying the Dao leads to increase movement and improved balance and coordination. It does not require specific equipment. A stick can be picked up for practice and was when weapons were banned. There are many versions of the Dao and many practices. This volume is dedicated to the teaching of Tai Chi Chuan and the Internal development of the Ch'i. It is a step forward for any player of Tai Chi Chuan.
