Using an external examiner in an institution is not a new phenomenon. Enakshi Sengupta serves as Associate Director of the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association, USA.  Patrick Blessinger is Chief Research Scientist of the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association, USA.   Andrew Ssemwanga is the Founder and Executive Director for Family Enterprise Support Initiative (FESI), Uganda.  Barbara Cozza is Department Chair and Professor of Education at St. John’s University in New York, New York, USA.
