Enakshi Sengupta serves as Associate Director of the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association, USA.  Patrick Blessinger is Chief Research Scientist of the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association, USA.  Mandla Makhanya is the Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of South Africa.
