Warren Midgley is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Southern Queensland. Patrick Alan Danaher is Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Southern Queensland. Margaret Baguley is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Southern Queensland.
