Ok we're a “grown-up” household that loves Despicable Me, Book of Life, puts up with rerunning ALL Dreamworks Dragons and Star Wars animated series'. We couldn't get through this one. Partner called it quits halfway through, I've completed it on my own because hey, it was here. It had so much potential. It LOOKS brilliant. There are moments of wonderful animal satire. The designs are pretty cool. It just… drones on in places. The story is like a whole bunch of silly “and then THIS happens!” sketches stitched together with chase sequences. It's missing the heart, or if it has heart it's been drowned in gags. Sadly the 3 mini movies weren't much better (and it includes a new Minions mini movie). Can't be bothered checking the other extras. I can see people will less demanding senses of humour enjoying it, or school kids. One of the few films I can honestly say has been watched once, and will be resold.
