My headset arm broke in July and I logged a support issue with Turtlebeach
about getting it repaired (at my cost). They said they are in the middle of
changing distributors and would get back to me. I have chased them up with no
response. 4 months later there is still no response to emails. There are also
no recent firmware updates to fix the loud beep issue.
Original Review: Headset is lightweight enough to be worn for hours, surround
sound is great (make sure to setup your PS4 audio properly as per instructions).

The Bad: The initial version of this headset shipped with a firmware that had
voice/beep notifications that were VERY LOUD. It actually hurt my ears.
Turtle Beach have since released an updated firmware that allows you to
adjust this, though the mute beep isn't affected and is still quite loud and
hurts my ears.
