Author Biography

Author: Judith Bray LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in Law at Buckingham University. She also lectures for the Open University and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Facts: Land Law and Key Cases: Land Law, also published by Hodder Education. Senior Editors: Jacqueline Martin LLM has over ten years' experience as a practising barrister and has taught law at all levels. She is also an experienced author. Chris Turner LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in law at Wolverhampton University. He has taught law at all levels and is an experienced author. Jacqueline Martin and Chris Turner are series editors of the Key Facts and Key Cases series, published by Hodder Education.
