Having read a few of Dr Libby's books, I found this one very easy to read with lots of sensible advice. Having used a few of the recipes already I think the book is great value and will be well used.

After completing Dr Libby's weight loss course for women, I found this book so beneficial as a guide to refer back to. I love this book, it is beautifully put together, colourful, uplifting and so easy to read. The recipes are excellent and easy to follow. If I could, I would give it 10 gold stars!

Great information in the info section of the book, but very few vegetarian friendly recipes in the recipe section, unlike Dr. Libby's other recipe books. A bit disappointing.
